Newbie to Ebikes

I am looking to purchase a e-bike for trail riding, I used to race bmx in the early 80s, and been on and off mountain bike thru the years, Looking for input for a nice bike I now weigh 265lbs and 6'2. I have looked at the Aventon Ramblas. Anything else out there that is good? Thanks Tom

I am very happy with my Magicycle Deer. 72v 20ah full suspension (even the trailer.
It is a tall frame well suited to taller American riders.
I got mine in a bundle with a trailer for deer hunting. I have no problem hauling 60lbs of dog food or ten gallons of water in the trailer.

I have 2 trailers, one single whl, & a 2nd, 2 wheeler for loads of gear. 72v is plenty of power for either one.
I also made a 200w solar panel frame that fits both to charge on the run.

Might look into the new Quiet Kat ebike.

Kinda pricy, wouldn't buy one unless i had plenty of experience on a cheaper novice bike. It'd be a shame to
ruin an expensive bike out of ignorance. I do have a Quiet Kat folding solar panel.

I've had some rather costly, unpleasant dealings with Aventon support, but maybe you'll have better luck.
