Good day to you. I'm getting my 1st E bike coming up and will be asking some questions, and looking forward to your help and comments.

I'm 64, 250#, slow and sometimes smell funny Hopefully a new E-bike improves my life.

two things to improve....long rides can be stressful on butt and shoulders....look for a comfortable seat and keep your riding position comfortable. Ninety minutes of riding continuously can be tiring. Take breaks for water and bathroom ... it helps break it up.
