New to eBikes Specifically Etrike

Welcome, from SE Wisconsin.

Check out the Lectric trike, it seems to be well-implemented, and I can vouch for Lectric as a company.

I like how their trike has the motor on the rear axle instead of front, so it won't tend to slip out as easily as weight shifts rearward under acceleration. It also has a differential on the rear axle so it turns well.

Etrikes are great for balance impaired &n hauling goods, but can tip over going into a sharp turn at speed.
As long as one is aware of this, there shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, it's worth noting (and probably in the manual) that for trikes where the pair of wheels is in the rear, one should lean back and right to counterbalance a right turn, rather than leaning left for a right turn, as we would on bikes.

Now that we bring that up, I guess there are pros & cons to having the pair of wheels in the rear?

+ The space between the wheels can be used for cargo, rather than the rider's legs, for a "front pair trike"
- A differential is needed for rear wheel drive if we're going to have good turning action
- Possible tip-over hazard for users who don't read up on rear pair trikes (Honda learned about this in the 70s with their ATCs, which were subsequently outlawed)

I’m based in the UK and purchased a 2nd hand trike from a local bike shop for £150 as I was having balance issues. Soon realising my muscle strength was also compromised I fitted a 26” front hub e-bike kit from a company called Yosepower.
Fitting was straight forward enough but had to fit the battery in the rear basket as it was too long to fit the downtube.
Cables were long enough so no issues there.
It’s only a 250 watt motor with 36v battery which is enough on a trike, for me anyway, so it meets UK legislation. The power assist settings can be programmed so you can have 5, 7 or 9 levels of power assist and the % of power can be adjusted as well which is handy on a trike as I wanted a mild take off speed, especially when on a bend.
Low speed is required in bends with a degree of leaning required.
I fitted 2” bmx style tyres and haven’t had any real issues with the front wheel slipping except from on wet glass using full thumb throttle.
