New motor disable/ lock feature - 2021 Specialized Turbo Vado

I have a 2021 Vado Turbo SL 4.0 and currently use Misson Control (No handlebar computer). Can I upgrade this to include the new locking feature?

This seems to be a question for the manufacture or the dealer you bought the bike from.
