New from Chicago Suburb - What do you look for in an ebike?

Joining this site for recommendations on a a good ebike. Moving to central Illinois and hope to have one once there. So many different models. What did you look for in an ebike and any recommendations?

I am 270 pounds and love my wtva fat tire folding step thru ,from Amazon for $1299.00 200 trouble free miles and great customer service.Under throttle only I get up to 32 mph on flat ground 750 watt 13 ah battery. Suspension forks,4 x 20 tires.rear rack head,tail and brake lites.

How many miles can it go. I hear the kbo can go 50 miles on a charge.
