Hi The new battery has different connectors to my existing one.. Is it easy to change the connector?

Do you know what connectors you are dealing with on both sides of the connection? Next search will find which one is most available, I would pick that one. Then send us some pictures so we can advise on difficulty of the install.

As long as you can solder it's pretty easy.

Also there are some nice butt connectors that already have solder within them.
You'd need to have a heat gun for these.

I would never use solder to connect battery wires on an e-bike. A good crimp is far better and won't fail in unfortunate ways in an overcurrent.
