New Aventon Level problem (won't stay on)

Hi, we just purchased a new aventon level and have less than 50 miles on. Today when we were going for a ride, the bike turns on but then turns off immediately...just wondering if anyone else has had this problem...tried to call customer service but to no avail...thanks for any suggestions, Jody

take a dvm reading and charge the battery

We charged the battery and called a tech at Longmont aventon shop and he said that the piece where the 3 screws attach to might be faulty and he will be sending us a new one...Very Frustrating, not even 50 miles and bought it a week ago...Thank you for the reply though

Digital Volt Meter. Must have one to do any troubleshooting on ebike.

Aventon has zero service and they just do not seem to care. Nice bike but if you have issues kiss your money good but.

did you buy from a Local Bike Shop? take it to them to fix.

Bought new Aventon Level 2 from the factory. It arrived yesterday and I assembled it last night and fully charged the battery. It will not start. This bike will be returned...
