NEED HELP! Battery charger turns green then red over and over again.

and the display turns on for a second and disappears not to come on again, bike does not run. was fine but now this, can somebody help!

How long have you had it, did you get it new, how many times have you charged it, how fast do the lights cycle, any crashes, dropped the charger?, are you CERTAIN the battery voltage is 58.8 and that it is 14S?

Did the charger start this behavior immediately, if not how long the charge before the blinking, what roughly was the battery state at the end of the last ride, how long till charging was started.
