I suggest you buy a new controller of known quality and specs. While you're at it get a compatible display unit from the same seller. This is the only way unless you have a degree in electronic engineering you will not be able to make this work.

The good news is both of these items are relatively inexpensive.

red plug 2 wire = alarm power
red plug 3 wire = alarm sense
thick blue/green/yellow = motor power
white plug with 2x red 1x black = power (thick red/black) and ignition (thin red)
2x white wires that plug into each other = learn wire
green wire with female plug = instrument power
black/white wires on 2 pin plug = brake (prob)

I assume that there are 2 or 3 3 wire plugs with thin wire these will be throttle and pas and 3 speed switch.
