Macwheel Senior Issues - Throttle & pedal assist doesn't work

Have 2 macwheel Senior E bikes.
One bike
The Throtttle does not work.
The other bike
The pedal assist does not work.

Need a place to get replacement parts if needed. Thanks

I've looked around and I think you are going to have to go to generic replacement parts on these. Throttle wiring can differ amongst all the different types. You might not find anything that will be plug and play. If you can post a picture of your throttle and how many wires it has and what sort of plug is on it we can look around for, hopefully, a match. Regarding the pedal assist have you cleaned it and made sure the magnets are the proper distance from their ring? There are YouTube videos that can help you understand how it functions.
