OK, this is embarrassing but I’m going to post it anyway in case it helps someone else.
I was experiencing instability on extreme low speed tight turns (think sidewalk u-turn).
I was on a grocery run tonight and along the way when I grabbed the front brake there was a click and the handlebars twitched left an rch.
Right then I knew what the problem was. When I got to the grocery store I checked and sure enough my front QD spindle was less than finger tight.
Thank dog for dropout keeper ridges.
I guess checking my front pads and centering the disk is on my task list for tomorrow.
