That's yur display.

I wonder if that has an integrated controller inside it

I could be wrong but it looks like your controller could be inside the frame...doesnt the battery connection go to a controller box?

Ahh....so if i was in your shoes right now,
i'd go ahead and trace down my Controller and change it with one with a different display.

Do you have any pic of the Whole bike so we can see wut we're actually working with here?

Best bet if you cannot find that display is to change it for another one which usually means the controller needs to be changed as well.

Keep us posted

That is, or used to be, a fairly common and inexpensive display. Yours has a 6-pin connector, you will need to make certain you match that. Unfortunately, it has been wired differently for different controllers, so buying one that just LOOKS RIGHT, is a crap shot.

The box that 6-pin wire runs to, from the display, will be the controller. It has wires to the throttle, pedal sensor, motor, and display. To replace it, you need to match all of those connectors. Also the rough amps and volts. To get a matching display, you might get lucky with an English label on the controller. If not, you would need someone who reads Chinese.

Controller is usually purchased with a matching display. That way, you know they work together. Controler/display package is more expensive, but 2 or 3 displays that don't work, with shipping, will about match that cost. You already have one. You can continue to poke and hope, and maybe you get lucky. OR, bite the bullet and get matching parts.

I assume the manufacturer has been of no help whatsoever?
