So I'm 5'9" and a bit, with a 31" inseam, and the OEM 150mm dropper on my 2022 Rise (L) is just a bit too high when fully inserted. So I made a little 'leash' to limit its travel by 10mm or so. Just ordered a set of 155mm Miranda cranks for the EP8 to replace my 170mm e*thirteens which I think will fix that while providing other benefits, too (fewer pedal strikes, smoother tech climbing). Anyone else running these? The 160mm Shimano cranks have apparently been discontinued, or I'd have tried those, first.

I have heard of this being done several times on emtb's where pedal strikes in rock gardens and such were a concern. Mirandas would be a pretty high quality option. I have also heard of unicycle crankarms being used.

Been looking at unicycle cranks for my BBSHD bike, as they tend to be square taper. Thanks!

Plenty of ISIS ones as well. If you want short these guys have them going down to 75mm :D
