Keteles Kaijielaisi V3 Throttle Acceleration Issue

Hello,

I have a Keteles Kaijielaisi V3 2000W E Bike and Im not getting any acceleration from the OEM throttle the bike came with. Im getting the error code 04 which indicates the throttle is the issue apparently. When I disconnect and reconnect the yellow three prong cable to the wire harness the bike jolts a bit then goes back into error 04 on the display. Should I start with replacing the throttle or the wiring harness or both? Mind you Ive had the bike for a little over a month and I have followed all the requirements to keep the bike running at the best possible performance. Im new to the e bike scene, but Im not afraid to get my hands dirty. I disassembled the control box housing and nothing seems out of the ordinary. Ive contacted Keteles with no response at all for almost a week. Any help is appreciated.

I have never had any issues with getting help for Keteles. I have had issues with my controller. The responded the following day around 8PM PST.
They saw the issue and send me a new pair of controllers free! I had bought my Keteles Ebike on Ebay. Keteles has a 1 year warranty. So I guess thay had to take care of the issue since I bought my Ebike On Ebay. They were obligated to fix the issue since I bough my Ebike on Ebay.
