Well I,m 6 ft & was around 250lb. But I,m now about 215, which is not bad with my frame. I quit drinking beer which contributes
a lot to putting weight on. But I,m not really on a diet , but try to cut back some. That’s harder to do then cutting out beer which

We all know metabolism slows with age so it gets tougher for us - and if you have physical disabilities, just tack that on as another negative -

Bc I,m right there with you my friend. My grand kids gramp paw ( You did WHAT, got a E-BIKE), your going to kill
your self. I told them I had an injected jr fuel dragster back in the day. No one worried about me back then. Plus
at my age, I have used up most of my time on earth already. As long as I can keep riding I will. Plus I use my pedal
assist most of the time & get a work out for my age. Get to see places around my area I never knew was here. I love
