I just bought this bike. It’s my first electric bike and I’m not too smart when it comes to settings and things I did put it together by myself which I was proud of myself lol. it said I could go to 30 to 35 mph some said 37 mph… it gets up and starts very fast but tops out at 25 mph. I got a piece of paper with it that said something about it has to be 25 mph when they leave the shop, but there was a way to get it faster so if anybody could help me out, that would be amazing. I do love how fast it gets up and how quick it goes, but for the price I paid and I think there’s definitely a few more miles per hour somehow that I could get out of this bike so if anybody has any answers, please let me know. Sorry if this has been posted before I’m new here and I don’t really know what I’m doing.

would you sooner crash at 25mph or 37mph? try to find the information in the display settings, maybe you need a Surron if speed is an issue.

I have the same bike. Get over into the different setting once that is done, It has 18 modes. Go to mode 8. Down at the
bottom it most likely is set on 25 mph from factory on the handle bar setting there is + & - setting just start pushing +.
I think it only gets to 60 mph. Just leave it set there. Your bike can go 34- 35 on a good day. If you have any more questions
just post back. I think you will love that. bike. Learn to use the pedal assist, Set it on 3 for most riding . Your battery will
last a lot longer. Forget the clowns on this form. Every form has them. But most the folk here will help you.

Hey Fly only a few of us are clowns! The rest are good folks. . .

Not sure where the clowns are … I haven’t come across any - the mods are very good at removing “clowns” and spammers

Something you should be aware of is the fact the batteries go down exponentially as fast as you increase speed. Funny part about that fact is the motor(s) are the most efficient up or at the top of the scale. It's all the lack of aerodynamics.

Clowns, funny if any of you knew in person you would know I,m one of the biggest clowns there is. The problem is
on the net with out knowing a person, or seeing his or she face a remark you make on a form can come across wrong.
Also the tone of one’s speech. I learned that many years ago on forms. I was on a muzzle loader form. People from all
over. We started getting together each year just to shoot our muzzle loader & camp out. Really a great time. But people
I knew from the form were nothing like I thought in real life. Some I liked better in meeting them in person. Other not so much.

oh we get clowns that show up here from time to time and they get sent right back out.
We Love Ya Fly so stick around for a while!

No one is going to run me off. I love you folks also. I have many friends here. You guys have taught me so much.
I have learned a ton in the short time I have had my bike. I like working on it, as trying to improve things that make it better.
This is a great form, & what makes it great is the people . Fly

Thank you will try that in the morning!! Will comment back if I have any more ???s. Appreciate those who have a helpful answer!

Why comment something irrelevant that gives no answer to the questions asked. Are you that bored
no I am practical, crash that heavy thing at 37 mph and you will see, those things are not designed for speed a cheap escooter is not exactly a motorbike, its up to you as I said its in the settings on the display,if you are in an urban setting one day these things will start generating tickets, each to his own my first reply had practical advice. unlike you I meant no disrespect. your kinetic energy will be 4 times greater at 37 mph then say 18.5 mph,a death wobble on those things is not fun!

Well I,m one that never argues with anyone. I welcome discussion, for argument serves no purpose. I agree with you on
Many things you said. My e- bike has two motors & can obtain 34 mph. I rarely go that fast. I use pedal assist 90%. I live
In a very heavy hill aria, & that’s why I got choose duel motor, in order to clime these hills. But my point is this regarding
your post. Most here are adults, & I do not feel it is our place to advise others the way you did, in wanting a fast bike. You
Brought up some good points on the danger of high speed with e-bikes. But it was your choice of words that set a bad tone.

my humble apologies,I had one ebike with a single 500 watt motor with me assisting that thing would climb a hill that was difficult to walk up it was a rear suspension and it rode very well and I have had 750 watt bikes that would bog on grades that were not that steep a lot of that is in the controllers,OTH long duration can overheat motors that were not built as well, given your bikes weoght I would imagine the dual motors would give you"7 league" boots up those long steep grades.I am at the stage after many crashes that a mile in 5 minutes is a comfortable cadence and speee,I love to look around and see and smell the sites, the 40 mph downgrades have me leaning on the brakes rather frequently, mostly because of the numerous whitetail deer( hit one the other day with my Maverick.

I like having the ability to fly when I want to yet most of my regular riding is done at less than 20mph because I can ride for longer and farther and SEE more as I slowly roll by. I generally pedal all the time to extend my range even farther and it helps my health, now if I could just gain 20-30lbs. Life is good though and we should all try and be happy with what we have and work to get the things we want!

weight is a difficult thing to juggle,OTH a few meals of(yech) fast food will get you on the way,I found one the worst offenders about weight gain is soda and bread as it is made these days, good luck on your careful weight gain( hope you gain muscle mass)
