Ketele k800 pro 2000w. Looking for two controllers one for the front motor and one for the back motor. I contacted the company support and they sent me the wrong controllers after sending them many photos of the controller, and they still sent me the wrong ones. Now they are not answering my emails. Where else can I find them the bike is only one year old. With less than a hundred miles on it

Can you tell me what was wrong with the controllers they sent? If the problem is just with the motor plug, we can probably fix that. It worries me that there is absolutely no branding on the controllers you pictured. I have no way of trying to hunt them down.

Did anyone else notice the controller was only 22 amps?
Yeah, there is a lot going on here. He has his hall sensors and phase wires separate and they are sending out controllers now with some julet plugs. I think that may be what happened. There are also numerous websites for Keteles. I did find a USA specific one. With dual controllers linked together and no response from Keteles, it gets tricky. He can put in separate KT controllers with 2 little stealthy displays and set it up that way, although I think he has a funky front motor plug. Does your bike have a 3 pin plug for the front motor? Actually, I think it is more than 3 pins it is too blurry to tell.

Pretty sure my Ridstar E26 has nine pin plugs on both motors. I almost bought a Kettles then went with the Ridstar because of the full suspension and better looking (better coverage) fenders.

The new controller they sent me does not have enough wires to connect all the connections of the bike. Does that help?

Not really, does it have the phase wires? They are blue, green and yellow. Also, if you can, post a clear picture or your rear motor plug and your front motor plug, labeled which is which and head on, so we can see the pin pattern. These differ on many, many bikes and whatever you do, you will have to figure that out first.

There are no phase wires on the front controller of the new controller they sent me

So, they sent you the new style with Julet plugs that carry the phase wires in them. They have a bunch of websites. Have you tried calling the number on the specifically USA site? Your simplest bet is to get them to send you the proper controllers, otherwise you will have to set up and program independent controllers and displays.
