Jupiter Atlas Pro Back Tire With Hub motor

I Just removed my Old back tire With the old original Hub motor , with a New back Tire With a Brand new Hub motor from directly Jupiter atlas pro itself. I thought this would be simple, just connect the circuit and it should run like before. Well the circuit is connect to the bike ready to transfer electric to the hub motor to function like it’s suppose to, but as soon as I click the throttle the back tire doesn’t spin at all just the slightest faint nudge that it gives when the throttle is pushed. Is there a way I can factory reset the bike so it can register/connect to the new Hub motor? Shouldn’t be rocket science, but it is giving me a run for my money. I also even hold down the UP arrow and DOWN arrow to see if there’s a factory reset for atleast 3-5 seconds and there is a process, just not sure or aware of how to use the controls to factory reset it. Any help?

Are you sure it was the hub motor messed up/faulty? Maybe you got a throttle issue.

Have you tried the PAS side of the bike? Does it work this way?

Could be a controller problem too.

Does the old hub motor act/perform the same as the new hub motor you just installed?

Hub motor was damaged previously and the cord that connects to the circuit to receive electric had suffered a big cut to the cord causing me to lose the connection to the hub motor, I indicated it needed a new hub motor so I gave that a replacement. When I click the throttle, I hear a small tiny faint click near the bottom where the hub motor is at. It even gives the slightest nudge from the circuit trying to give it momentum for the wheel to spin , very small. The new hub motor I installed is operating and functioning just like my old one, the fit ment is correct. only thing that throws me off is even with the circuit connected to the new hub motor, the throttle doesn’t seem to move the wheel at all.

What did you mean by PAS on the side of the bike? The bike does move freely, no resistance. I’ll be looking into the throttle now as we speak and try to diagnose if the controller is giving me any issue. Any indicators I should be looking for ?
