Joyisi Ebike Battery 52V 48V 36V / 14AH 12.5AH 10AH

I have this battery from Joyisi and having a hard time opening the charge port cover. The port cover says push to rotate? It doesn't rotate. I find I need to try and lift it to get it opened. What does push mean? Nothing happens when you push.

My guess is, that if you push on the extreme (out of round) portion of the cover, it should allow rotation.
