Need help fixing bolt pro hub motor

After setting awhile

Does it go for exactly another 20mins after leaving it for a while? Does it have a battery indicator? What level is that showing when it cuts out?

Looks like it has a 6.0Ah battery although the website doesn't actually show the Ah part only the 6.0 part:

Kmack - Do you want your problem solved or are you here to play 20 questions?

This is not paid tech support.

You have failed MULTIPLE TIMES to answer questions, and seem to be deliberately avoiding giving useful information to solve your problem.

I would wholeheartedly agree that you should call company tech support, and if out of warranty, fix it yourself.

Your problem is quite likely very basic, but you would have to actually put forth some effort and answer the questions you have already been asked, plus a few more.
