I accidentally used a 48V bike charger on this 36 V battery and I think the battery is dead as it reads only 29 V. I don’t know much about bike batteries, and was wondering if there is a fuse. I don’t think I see any fuse. If I want to fix it, can that electrical circuit board fail or might it be fixed by putting new battery cells. Also, would it be simpler and cheaper to just buy a new complete battery rather than trying to fix this one? This is a Sailnovo 36 V bike.

Please bro if you can't work out the fuse DO NOT attempt changing cells. Actually DO NOT attempt to work on it. It could just be the bms. Try with a multimeter red on battery positive and black on bms B- then try black to bms C- then black to bms P-
If negative B- is giving full voltage but won't give full voltage when you put negative to P- your bms is the problem. But don't go trying to replace cells at your current level
