Is it possible to get a controller that gives you 1/2 the power of lowest setting?

Have a Scorpion FS 26 with a Bafang Ultra.Would like the controller to go from 1/2-4 or 5 rather than the stock 1-9 assist.Looking to have less assist than the #1 setting gives me.Thanks!
