I dont think you will get shocked, but there is a chance of your bike quitting on you. I would try to weatherize your bike if you think you will be caught in slopping weather.

It depends on the voltage of your bike. If it’s less than 60 V worth of batteries, then no way. (Unless you’re salty and wet and put your hands right across the battery terminals)

Correct. In addition, to close the battery circuit with your body or parts of your body (fingers, arms), you need a very unlikely situation. It is not enough to touch the ground, as in the typical case of electrocution.
