I took my bike on a train ride

I've taken my bike on the Dallas Dart rail several times, but today I rode the DCTA train up to Denton Texas. I guess next I have to ride the TRE train over to Fort Worth.

After years of using TriMet in Portland Oregon - I can appreciate seeing such a nice bike on a train...
Electric bike on an electric train - that's cool.
Someday I'll have my dream and find a small enough diesel engine to have on a bike then I can take that on AmTrak and have a diesel bike on a diesel train "rollin coal".

Is the saddle mounted backwards?
Is there a support bracket mounted to extend the saddle mounting?
The way that the saddle is mounted looks precarious, is it sturdy enough to sit near the tail end of the saddle?
