I ordered a Heybike Race Max, and they delivered a Jasion YM1?

Jasion is sort of a lower subsidiary of Heybike. People here have had a lot of trouble with them (you can go to the search box above and enter "Jasion"). The Racemax is an older design and they may be out of them. The Ym1 is very similar. If it were me, I would send it back. There are better bikes for the money. I'll post some pics. and you can look them up on Amazon.

I don't know what your price range is, but go take a look at Upway's site. If you are in New York, you could buy a nice overstock, find a discount coupon and go and pick up the bike yourself. You could then have something with a UL listed battery, hydraulic brakes and a decent controller and display. Just a thought.
