I have old ebike conversion from 2012 without any display and geareless hub motor. only 3 wires. No hall in motor. Controller is very basic. Just have following connections:
1 Throttle ,
2. Pas sensor,
3. battery connector
4. 3 phase motor output
5. motor cut off on pressing break lever
6. ignition power off.
7. unidentified wires. Possibly some battery indicators or else.
I need separate speedometer that will take speed from the wheel magnet just like bicycle odometer. It has to have speed limiter that will cut off motor (I already have brake wire that I could connect in series with speed limiter. )
has anyone tried to diy such a configuration?
