I decided on the Wallke H9 awd with 60A battery and I’m extremely impressed. But I’ve got questions and need input

So as a few of you may remember, a little while ago I was in the forum going back and forth with tons of options to help me choose an e-bike to help me get through this tough time with no license. Well, this e-bike has seriously delivered!!!

My son’s summer camp is 11 miles away and at least 4 of those miles we take on the beach. The dual motors totally kick ass on the beach. The stretch from the parking lot through the soft sand to the hard packed sand is decent, and it makes it through the soft stuff with ease, we don’t even have to get off the bike.
It goes 35 mph with me and my son on it and it takes me 30 minutes for that trip… it takes me exactly 20 minutes in a vehicle for that same trip so 10 extra minutes, that’s nothing! And that’s amazing.
It also takes me 30 minutes to get to work and back. And that’s also 11 miles away from my house.
The full suspension is terrific, the rear seat and suspension works perfect for my 65lb son. Drawback is I haven’t found footpegs for this bike. I bought some aftermarket ones, but I’m going to have to modify them a little bit to get them to work which kinda sucks.
Not sure why they put a rear seat on this bike and not offer footpegs ??

The range is insane.. I legit barely ever pedal, and all my trips are at full throttle for the majority. I just figured out the cruise control feature (that’s not in the manual BTW) but on a full charge I can easily make that round trip like 4 days in a row before charging. So like 88 miles, full throttle. That’s amazing.
Annnd I can fit another 20a in the frame if I wanted to. that’s crazy.
Its all still factory settings. I haven’t changed anything and I’m not going to.

It’s a HUGE bike so even while folded just know, it’s not fitting in a trunk, at least not with closing the trunk lid. And folding it is kind of cumbersome, and it’s f’n heavy and weird to lift while folded, very difficult to do by yourself but it can be done.

But the real point to this post is, the seat.
The seat is actually really great BUT with me riding it as serious as I am I am now experiencing severe lower back problems. The full suspension can only do so much.
Like… I’m experiencing serious real bad pain. I need suggestions on what to do. I’ve seen suspension seat posts and all kinds of different seats. Some even with backrests. The bike is kind of long and I’m only 5’8 and the handlebars are not forward/backward adjustable and I think me not being able to sit up straight or closer to the handlebars could be a factor in all this.
Is there a way to make the seat more forward?
Or maybe attach something to the steering column to move the bars more toward me?

I need input concerning this matter because I cannot keep riding the bike this way and working hard labor 6 days a week. I’m already struggling and I’ve only been riding it like this for 2 weeks. My performance at work is being affected. I’m at the point where I’m struggling to put my socks and shoes on in the mornings because I can’t really bend over and it hurts so bad. Please help.

Other than that. The bike is bada** and I highly recommend it for hauling butt over long range.

Also, I popped a rear tube the other day on a huge staple in the road. the fix was super easy but I need to put in some tire liners. Any recommendations there as well?

Thanks yall.

As suggested an adjustable bar stem may help move the bars higher and closer to you. As for the seal, most seats have an adjustment of the mounting rails to allow some movement forwards.

Can you determine if the pain is caused by the bend in your back while riding or something else. You may check out your area for a bike shop that may help you fit the bike to you better.

I’m sure it’s the stance I have on the bike. I’ve made all the adjustments I can with what I’ve got. I’ve got a suspension seat post and new seat on the way. Most likely will also do an adjustable stem.

Be careful. If you move the handlebars aft of the neck the steering can get real twitchy.

The stem people are using is called "The Turtle Neck Stem". The fellows web site is "David brand new.com". It let's you get rid of the stick handlebars and put on a more Bmx style like the cargo bikes use, but it will still

allow the bars to fold. It will also allow you to comfortably adjust your reach to the bars. It is on my wish list.
