So as crazy as it may sound, I purchased the keteles k800 dual motor 2000w ebike recently from..............Temu... Now yes, I was skeptical and really hoped it didn't show up barbie sized lol. So as i looked around the Temu app i noticed something odd.... For some reason unknown to me, of the 4 colors offered for this exact bike (white, blue, yellow, and green) the white, yellow, and blue were priced as $1149.00 US....and the green was $849.00 US ?????? Free shipping. So I bought the green one and hoped for the best....In only 8 days my bike was delivered 100% brand new not a scratch on it with 0 miles and all parts included such as fenders, rear rack, 23ah 48v battery, headlight, tail/brake light, charger, even a free bike lock and a cheap hand air pump, and had actually decent fully inclusive assembly tools!!!! Oh and as soon as my order went from processing to approved, all 4 colors went to $1149.00 US and have stayed at that price. Total payed by me was $929.00!!! Ok, thats the back story. It tops out at 34mph (confirmed on both gps and display) and upon reaching 34mph including traveling down hill, it cuts power delivery and won't go above without going down a steep hill or pedaling like a mad man to push it over 34mph (not fun but looks hilarious I'm sure) So, my question is are there replacement motor controllers or anything that can be installed to remove the existing limits and/or what can I do to upgrade this bike?

You will need higher voltage to gain speed. So then you would also need new controllers. Higher voltage battery will gain you speed. Higher amper controllers will gain you torque if battery voltage is left at 48volts.

Do you have any experience with the GRIN Technologies Parts? I have been looking on their site but am not sure which parts are compatible with the dual motor setup. https://ebikes.ca/shop/electric-bicycle-parts/controllers.html

Weigh your battery pack (use the scale at the post office). If the weight is less than 11.2 pounds, it is not 23 Ah. Commonly, the Chinese send a 9.4 pound pack labelled as a 22.4 Ah pack. It is something just under 20 Ah of actual capacity.

The only 22.4 Ah battery I have seen in this "family of eBikes" is on the SMLRO battery. It does weigh 11.2 pounds. But then, their variant of the dual 1Kw motor eBike costs a bit more.

Here's a pic of the label on my battery and I did just weigh it and it was exactly 11.2 lbs

Looking at the display, you may have the same controller as my Burchda X80. Mine has an app which you can set speed for each level. It may worth a try.

There are a lot of bargains on ebikes. Right now the bikes are at the belly of the 'S' curve caused by over production, storage, & too
many companies. Know what you are buying.
