Hub motor noise

Hi all , I have recently changed my old motor out with a new 1500w kit that had everything but the battery included , the motor has just started making a grinding noise similar to say a tire rubbing on the frame ,it only does it when under load , there is no noise if you pedal or free wheel , any answers would be greatly appreciated
