Adding this as a reference to balance out all the pro-Emma posts started by spammers. There's a problem with RollRoad not providing adequate controllers


Seems ArielRider, while "only" rated 1000 W seems quicker, due to a higher power controller being supplied.

There's a problem with RollRoad not providing adequate controllers

I suggested the Emma to my mother! I hope the controller issue gets sorted and if she does buy one. It would be a shame if she got a dud as she's had so much bad luck in life. I was looking to purchase the Shark for myself but for some reason they only sell the Emma in Canada. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

gonna give grief,you ride mostly unpowered or on PA 1 through the grass( couldn't resist get a Surron) btw what does that piece of ebike delight cost?( just kidding-been considering getting an 18" specialized small cassette and adding a "switch"kit.

I think I'm the only person in Japan who rides it. (Customer service told me that.)
I like the bike itself, but even more than that, I was really impressed with the way the Roll Road staff treated me.
I think a big part of why I love the Emma3.0 is how friendly the staff are.
