Highboy P7 or Ride1up Core 5

Trying to decide between the Highboy P7 or the Ride1up Core 5. Trying to stay around the $1000 range. What do you guys think?

I have a Ride1Up Series 500. I think it is well made with a nice riding experience. If the Core5 is similar, albeit without fenders, etc., I would recommend it.
