Hiboy P7 rear axle keeps popping out?

I own a Hiboy p7 ebike and the rear axle won't stay put. It keeps shifting and popping out of the slot. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried tightening the nuts on the rear axle?

Also, hub wheels usually have an anti-rotation washer on each side of the axle. It's like a washer with a square bit to stop the axle from spinning.

It might help to post some photos of your axle, nuts and washers so we can see what's going on.

Put some torque arms on it, that will be a permanent fix solution. It might have spread the dropout slot.
