I purchased a Velowave electric bike for my son and it broke within a week. The controller went out. The support/customer service is terrible. Will not honor their warranty and now I have a $$$ bike that is not usable. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
If you bought it via Amazon.....return it. This company is known for their poor customer service. If you used a credit card...call your bank and dispute the purchase......good luck.
 
I made the mistake of buying it straight from Velowave. My fault for not looking more into the company. I just want to be able to fix his bike.
