Hi got a synergy e bike folding one but the battery won’t charge shows charge going in but won’t charge I am from Lancashire

Please describe in some detail, what EXACTLY "shows the charge going in"; also, HOW DO YOU KNOW "it won't charge?

Do you have a digital volt meter? If not, get one.
