Still searching/learning.
I went the build your own route. I decided on a bafang mid-drive kit, and I am very happy with the choice. I takes a bit to wrap your mind around everything, but it's fun. If you do the same, be sure to budget for some aftermarket upgrades from the starter kit. At the very least I would recommend upgrading the front chainring to a Lekkie Bling Ring and your cranks to Lekkie Buzzbars
