Heybike Ranger S 1000 fender screw help

Hi all. I recently purchased a Ranger S 1000 from Heybike, which arrived this morning. Apart from a couple of issues, it’s almost fully assembled now, and looking good. The issues were: incorrect scanner size for front wheel assembly, missing washer on headlight stud bolt, and finally, two missing screws that are used to attach the fender to the fork. That last issue is what’s stopping me from completing assembly, as I’m from abroad (just arrived last week, and I’m renting a room). I have no tools or spare parts. I’ve emailed Heybike, but I suppose I won’t hear from them till Monday at the earliest. I’m wondering if anyone has the dimensions of the screws in question, so as I might see if I can purchase from a hardware store? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I would go to any hardware and try a couple M4, M5, M6 Allen or Torx head screws it's most likely one of those.
