Hi- I'm new to the forum and a new e-bike owner, too. I'm having trouble finding a second battery for my bike. I ordered one off the website last week and just received an email that the battery will be shipped from the warehouse in China- a 2 month journey- then shipped to me. I'm planning a trip at the end of September and don't think I can wait that long- well, I don't want to. My battery doesn't have a brand name on it, and I'm having trouble locating it online using the model #. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you in advance!
Battery details are below:

17 5/8in x 3 1/2in x 31/2in
integrated battery
48VDC 14.4Ah (690Wh)
powers a Bafang mid-drive motor

Bike: VanPowers Urban Glide Ultra

Thanks for the reply and the welcome! None of those look like they could work. I've seen some that are similar but don't have the 6-pin connection. I'm in a bit of an isolated area at the moment, and not many people to ask. would FTH be a good place to direct questions? The customer service at VanPowers is the only negative about my purchase.

Yessir! Here you go:)

It's not a Velotric. I guess if we all keep telling you what it is not, eventually you might get somewhere. Grin Technologies is familiar with that charging plug, perhaps they could help you.View attachment 15423
Hi- thank you for replying. This looks like the cable for a battery charger. I'm looking for a battery. Any advice would be appreciated. Jen

Hi, what I meant was the plug on the far left, in Grin's picture, is the type that is on your battery and it is pretty rare. Grin Technologies lists it and knows about it, so I thought they might be able to tell you who uses it, or who they manufactured batteries for with it. It might be one of their batteries. I am also referencing your pic: img_1767.jpeg up above.
