help please buttons dont work

hello, i got my ebike a days ago, everthing fine. but i change the settings and now the buttons dont work i only can use pas 1 :\
i let u a little video and my brushless motor photo.

maybe i lock somehow the keys ? i try to find a way to make a reset to all but i can´t find nothing

Hi @dude, have you tried disconnecting all connections to the display and the controller? Check that all the connection pins look OK and then plug them back in again to see if anything changes.
