I’m trying to add a 12v circuit utilizing a dc to dc converter to run a brighter headlight and induction phone mount, I’m trying to do this without hacking into the factory wiring, does anyone know of a splitter I can buy to go between the battery connection under the bottom bracket to tap into the 48v?
Thanks for any insight.

I believe they’re actually 6v but even e-bikes with 12v headlights can’t support the higher current of aftermarket lights. This light is one of two auto driving lights that’s about 10 times the output of the oem light and just used when needed, it’s also stem mounted so it doesn’t go back and forth with the steering like the oem does. I also mounted an induction phone charger since we usually have a trail map running.

Yes there should be somebody that makes or offers custom ebike cables. You might get in touch with HIGO Connectors they make custom ebike cables.
