Go trax F1 controller replacement not working

I need help. I bought an F1 second hand and it had a cracked display. I ordered one off Amazon with the correct plugs. It turns on but the bike does not respond at all to the new controller. I can plug in the old one and even though it's cracked I can get the bike to respond, throttle, light etc. But when I plug in the new controller, nothing! I have gone through the settings, some I understand, some I don't. It's Christmas tomorrow and I don't know what to do. This is a picture of the new controller?

I know you've probably figured this out already, but it sounds like you've purchased the wrong controller. Just because it has the same plugs on it, doesn't mean it is compatible with your ebike. You have to make sure you get the correct model of controller which is compatible with your ebike.
