Giant Trace x e+ sudden RideControl stop working

Hi guys,

Recently I have strange issue with my e-bike giant trace x e+ 3 from 2021.

Last night i charged battery and from this time ridecontrol is not lighting up but connects to my phone for minute then disconnects. I have no idea what happened.

When I went out to have a ride, I click on button, the motor works for 30 seconds but the RideControl still does not work. After 30 sec the bike is dead again.

Anyone have idea how to solve it?

Can you help us with some details about the bike such as make and model. Did this happen all at once?
