Giant prime +

hi all got a giant prime +. it had stood a while so battery died. managed to save it, but now not working.

when you switch on all 5 lights come on, you start to peedle and they flash then change to 2 lights 2nd and 5th, no power from the motor. any ideas or help would be great.
