Hi I have a Giant revolt e+ pro with the 500wh battery. Range is very poor so I purchased the 240wh range extender. My question is when battery reads 50% left (250wh left ) and I connect the fully charged 240wh extender I expect it to show battery now at approx 95% but it only shows 80% which suggests range extender is only giving an extra 180wh or am I missing something. Many thanks in advance.

So from what I just read in the manual, the EnergyPak Plus plugs into the ebikes charge port, and then it says the display will show the total level of both Energypaks combined.

So if we do some maths here:

1.Both Batteries Fully Charged:
Main Battery 100% (500Wh) + Energypak Plus 250 100% (240Wh) = 740Wh Total

2. Main Battery 50%
Main Battery 50% (250Wh) + Energypak Plus 250 100% (240Wh) = 490Wh Remaining

490Wh
/ 740wh = 66.2%

Based on my maths, there is only 66.2% remaining. Hope this makes sense!

Many thanks. This explains it.
