Flat Tires with Ebike

I have 32 miles on my bike and am on my 5th flat tire. I have Mr. Tuffy liners and slime in my tires. I understand that I am riding through trails with lots of mesquite and thorns, but does anyone have any other suggestions? Do they make a solid tire for 26" x 4" fat tire bikes. I am spending more time changing tubes than on my bike. Open to any suggestions. Thanks!

Following a flat, I tried a liner, but the next flat was caused by the movement of the liner where it overlapped. No more liners for me. I prefer tires with built-in flat protection.
