Fantic integra XF1 battery problem

Any fantic integra owners out there had battery problems,
Bike not recognizing battery (not turning on) when showing full charge and only reading 24v when tested

Thanks for the welcome,
Had the battery apart and as jusual on manufactured specific battery’s, they all have a massive full length BMS
Lots going on and no idea where to look for problems

I have a Fantic XF1 160R and been very happy with it.
Used it a few weeks ago to go yo a Funeral and when I got back I still had plenty of change in the battery, so did not put it on charge.
Came to use it today and the display is not powering up.
So plunged the charger in and it starts flashing 2 lights and the charger had a red light.
But after about a Minute the lights stop flashing and thr charger goes Green.
Tried unclogging it and Plugging it back in.
Bit still the sane.
Tried pushing and holding the power button on the Battery for 10 seconds.
But stoll no change.
Can any one Help
