Experience interviews commuting in UK urban areas

Hi there

For a desk research task I'm looking for e-bike commuters in urban areas of the UK that are willing to share some of their rider experiences. I've copied in the description of the interview:

• Description: In the interviews we want to look at the user behaviour of e-bike riders. What aspects of their e-bike do they appreciate, what expectations do they have of e-bike features and services, and what needs are still unmet. We want to understand how e-bikes are used and how the use could be optimised with further measures.
• Target audience: Urban e-bike riders between 25-45 years of age.
• Timeframe: January 2022
• Duration: 30 minutes
• Interview form: Online meeting with zoom

I'm an e-bike commuter myself in Berne, Switzerland and working as a project manager at a 15-people software/hardware company. We'd like to understand the needs of e-bike commuters in different countries better. I'm happy to share also our experiences during the interview.
