Euy k6 pro - how to change settings?

I have a euy k6 pro tried to go into the setting and change some settings now all the settings are screwed up are there any videos out there explaining how to change settings?

Hi, euy bike.com has your manual. It's amazing how they can find acronyms for things that make no sense. I'll post the reset to default page here. Let us know if you need more help. Cute bike, by the way.
