My dad has a accidentally set a password on the L20 display and can't remember what he put is as. Is there anyway to reset it or get around it as Engwe are super slow to respond to emails.

Hi did you manage to find any way to fix this please? I’m having the same problem and it’s stressing me out

Hello Guys. If you just accidentally set your password on, do the following:

1 - enter menu (should be enough just to turn on machine and P19 menu will appear)
2- put code 1212 and confirm with button i
3 - display should be unlocked

In case if you set up password but dont remember that, do the following
1 - enter menu (should be enough just to turn on machine and P19 menu will app
2 - press minus button and i button for longer time (until -Pp menu wont appear)
3 - put code 1313 and confirm with i button.
