I have an Engine Lab E450 whose LCD display became water logged and does not provide any information. The unfortunate thing about this situation is Engine Lab's technical support is non-existent, and the display does not have any model or company names on the unit. (I have tried many times to communicate with the company both in writing and calls, with no response) I replaced this with a S866 unit based on plug identification and now have an E10 error code. I understand the E10 is a communication issue. So the questions are:

1. Does anybody know who the original manufacture was for their LCD screen? If so, please provide me with the model number/manufacturer.

2. Is the S866 compatible with the original unit?

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide to fix this problem.

PS: Had I know this manufacturer did not support their product beforehand, I would have looked elsewhere before buying this bike.

For those that need this information in the future, I pulled the case apart and the circuit board is a key disp KD21C. Five pin. Be careful if you order this as there are different five pin connectors. The color one for this unit is "black" with no center pin. See below. I found one in China with a long delivery time. Since this is a daily work ride, waiting 3–4 weeks is problematic. Does anybody know of an in-country source. Amazon and eBay have long timeframes and or problems with matching the correct plug. Everything comes from China it seems on these units.
