ebikeling cadence sensor problems

I have a 36v rear hub kit from Ebikeling. I can't seem to get the cadence sensor placed correctly and/or programmed correctly. I have tied turning the plate around, and now I believe its a problem with the program settings. any advice?

Buy a torque sensor setup.

do you have a hollowtech or square taper bottom bracket? also the hall effect sensor need to very close to the magnet ring wheel
let see a picture it could something very simple yes.
